Mumbai
We offer special shipping services to Mumbai-based patrons:
Mumbai QuickShip: Select this option at checkout to get Same-Day local delivery via Porter (Subject to stock readiness).
Mumbai Store Pick-Up: You can avoid shipping charges by picking up your order from our physical retail store in Thakur Village.
Domestic
Orders to most Indian addresses take 2—4 days. Certain locations can take up to 7 days.
We use reliable delivery partners including DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart and other leading logistics companies to ship your orders.
International
Orders to International Locations can take up to 1—2 weeks for delivery, subject to customs clearance and the location itself. We partner with FedEx for most international shipments and Aramex for shipments to the Middle East.
Due to unforeseen circumstances and issues that could arise, we cannot currently guarantee delivery times for domestic or international orders.
Pricing
Our Shipping Policy aims to stay as close as possible to the actual costs incurred.
Domestic
The exact shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout for domestic and international orders. Free Shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹3000.
COD Shipping is available for most Indian Pin Codes. Rates are usually ₹100 to ₹150 more than prepaid rates. Free shipping is not available to COD customers.
In certain cases we may contact you to verify your intent-to-pay on COD orders, we request COD customers to look out for any email/call/WhatsApp from us regarding the same. Unverified orders may result in shipping delays or cancellation.
International
The exact shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout for domestic and international orders.
We ship to a wide range of countries, international shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, and depending on weight and destination, range between Rs.500 and Rs.5000.. These shipping rates are not-inclusive of Import Duty or any Sales Tax/VAT/GST which may be charged to you in your country upon customs clearance (Read more about import duty and taxation below).
⚠️ Whilst we continue to ship US-bound orders, due to the evolving tariff situation we are unable to provide estimated tariffs. US-patrons are advised that we have been notified of varying charges by existing patrons being levied when the shipment arrives at the US Customs Gateway ⚠️

International Payments and Billing
Currency conversions displayed on your website are for reference and customer convenience purposes only. Final billing and charging happens in INR and your credit card company, bank or other payment platform may charge you on the basis of a different exchange rate and may charge additional fees for such conversion.
Import Duty and Taxes
Shipping is done DDU meaning we do not pay for any Customs Duty, Sales Tax, Value-added Tax (VAT), or Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International customers understand that they will be liable for any such import charges arising from their order. These fees will occur over and above the shipping charges included in the order total. Such charges differ by country and we assume your familiarity with local regulations.
Below Duty Thresholds (De Minimis Values)
When you place an order with a value lower than the de minimis value (including shipping), import duties and/or taxes are not levied. You can find a brief country specific list below: please note this list is not comprehensive nor regularly updated.
Furthermore, this list includes federal de minimis values. State and provincial governments may levy additional sales tax etc. in your country.
