Cancellations
You can cancel your order until it is shipped by contacting us at care@spoilmesilly.in or via WhatsApp at +91 7506400101. If your order has shipped please read our return policy below.
Returns
We have a no-questions-asked return policy on all orders: COD and Prepaid; if you request your Return within 7-days of Delivery.
Returns are available on custom fitted garments however are not available on fully-customised items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can request a return in your customer account or contact us at care@spoilmesilly.in or via WhatsApp at +91 7506400101. We'll work with our logistics partners and schedule a pickup: you will not be required to print a shipping label. In certain cases if our logistics partners are unavailable we might ask you to ship the package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are based in Mumbai, online orders can be returned in store. Items purchased at the store are not eligible for return.

If your order is damaged/incorrect
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, jewellery & accessories). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping inwards and outwards. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note COD refunds will occur via NEFT/UPI, depending on your preference. Please share these details with us when we ask post-inspection. Please note shipping will remain deducted from all refunds, including COD refunds.
International Orders
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
We are currently unable to offer returns and refunds on international orders. We facilitate cancellations prior to the package having shipped.
We will be happy to process returns/refunds/exchanges in cases of wrong product sent/ defective product sent. We are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges in cases of wrong size ordered. If you need to return your order, we recommend using reliable, trackable courier services and insuring your shipment. We will be unable to offer refunds in case of lost returns shipments.
Refunds, if issued, will be to the original payment method.
